We collect as little as we need to get your order to you, and we never sell your information to anyone. This page explains exactly what we hold, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
This policy is published in line with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and is written to align with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Your details — name, delivery and billing address, email and phone number.
- Your order — what you bought, the amount, and your order history.
- Account details — only if you choose to create an account.
- Messages — anything you send us by email, phone, WhatsApp or the contact form.
- Basic website data — IP address, browser and device type, and which pages were visited, used in aggregate to improve the site.
What we never collect
We do not see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank login. All of that goes directly to Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We only ever receive a transaction reference and whether the payment succeeded.
Why we use it
- To pack and deliver your order.
- To send order confirmations and delivery updates.
- To handle returns, refunds and any problem you raise.
- To meet our accounting and legal obligations.
- To improve our products and the website, using anonymised data.
- To send occasional updates — only if you have opted in, separately from ordering. You can unsubscribe any time, and it will never affect your ability to order.
Who else sees it
Only those who need it to get your order to you:
- Our courier partner — your name, address and phone number.
- Razorpay — to process payment and any refund.
- Our hosting and email providers — who act on our instructions only.
- Authorities — if we are legally required to disclose something.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. Some of our service providers may store data on servers outside India; where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected to a comparable standard.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as accounting and tax rules require. Account details are kept while your account is active. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw them. Everything else is deleted or anonymised once it is no longer needed.
How we keep it safe
- The site runs over HTTPS encryption.
- Access to customer data is limited to those who need it.
- Payment details never touch our systems.
- We keep the website and its components updated, and take regular backups.
No system is completely secure, and we would not claim otherwise. If a breach ever affected your data, we would tell you and the relevant authority without delay.
What you can ask us to do
At any time, you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you and how we are using it;
- correct or complete anything inaccurate;
- delete your data, apart from records we are legally required to keep;
- stop sending you marketing;
- note a nominee who can act on your behalf if you die or become unable to act;
- look into a complaint about how we have handled your information.
Just email zestright4u@gmail.com from the address you ordered with, quoting your order number if it relates to an order. We may ask a question or two to confirm it is really you, and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to keep your cart working, to remember your preferences, and to understand in aggregate how the site is used. You can manage or delete them in your browser, though the checkout will not work without the essential ones.
Children
This site is not aimed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think we have, please tell us and we will delete it.
