These are the terms you agree to when you buy from Zest Right. We have tried to keep them readable. They work alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages.

Ordering
Very occasionally we may have to cancel an order — if something is out of stock, if there has been an obvious pricing mistake, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If that happens we refund you in full, immediately.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include all applicable taxes. We are not GST-registered, so no GST is added.
- We take prepaid payments only — UPI, cards, net banking and wallets — handled securely by Razorpay. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
- We never see or store your card, UPI or banking details. Those go straight to the payment gateway.
- Discount codes are subject to their own terms and can be withdrawn at any time.
About our products
We describe everything as honestly as we can — ingredients, weight, how to use it, how to store it and how long it keeps. Because we grind in small batches from natural ingredients, colour, aroma and strength can vary slightly between batches. Photographs are illustrative and packaging may change.
Allergies and health
- Ingredients are listed on every product page and on the pack — please read them before ordering.
- Some blends contain lentils, sesame, mustard, nuts or asafoetida, and everything is made in a kitchen that handles those ingredients, so we cannot promise there is no cross-contact.
- Anything we write about spices and wellbeing is general interest only. It is not medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness.
- If you are pregnant, nursing, managing a health condition or have a known allergy, please talk to a doctor before changing your diet.
Using this website
Please do not attempt to break into, disrupt or scrape the site. The words, photographs, recipes and the Zest Right name and logo belong to us, so please do not reuse them commercially without asking. We are usually happy to say yes if you do ask.
Where we stand on liability
If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing here takes away the rights you have as a consumer under Indian law, and nothing here limits anything that cannot legally be limited.
We are also not responsible for delays caused by things genuinely beyond our control — weather, strikes, courier failures, or government action.
The legal bit
These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at Bangalore have jurisdiction. That does not stop you approaching a consumer forum near you if you ever need to.
We may update these terms occasionally. Whichever version was live when you ordered is the one that applies to your order.
