Everything is packed by hand in our Bangalore kitchen and sent out as soon as it is ready.
Where we deliver
We deliver across India. We are not shipping internationally yet.
A few remote PIN codes are not serviceable by our courier partners. If yours turns out to be one of them, we will call you and refund the order in full.
Delivery charges
- Flat ₹69 on every order.
- Free delivery on orders above ₹2,599.
- The delivery charge is shown separately at checkout, and the total you see is the total you pay. Prices include all taxes.
How long it takes
- We pack and dispatch within 2 to 3 working days.
- Delivery usually takes a further 3 to 7 working days, depending on where you are.
- You will get an email when your order is confirmed, and tracking details once it is on its way.
Because we grind in small batches, occasionally something takes a little longer. If that happens we will tell you, and you are free to cancel for a full refund.
A small request
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. Most delivery problems we see come down to an incomplete address or an unreachable number.
If a parcel comes back to us undelivered, we will get in touch to arrange redelivery. A second delivery charge may apply in that case.
Delays we cannot control
Once a parcel is with the courier, things like weather, strikes and network disruptions are out of our hands. We will keep you posted if anything goes wrong, and we will always help you chase it.
